to a Better Site

Overview

We're Not Starting From Zero.
The Work Has Already Begun.

Most vendors spend the first few weeks getting familiar with your platform, your brand, and your content. We've already done that. This project is familiar territory, and two working homepage prototypes are already built and ready for your team to click through today.

This proposal lays out exactly what gets built, how long it takes, and what it costs. No vague timelines, no hidden phases, no surprises.

Why DL Multimedia

Five Reasons We're
The Right Choice

01

You Can See It Today

Two working homepage prototypes are already built. There's no waiting weeks to see a design direction. Your team can click through both concepts right now. That's time other vendors spend on discovery calls.

02

No Learning Curve

We've been working on the sdflaw.com project. The HubSpot environment, content structure, brand standards, and existing SEO issues are already understood. Work starts on day one, not week three.

03

Full-Service Resources

DL Multimedia has access to the same specialized tools and resources that any full-service agency brings to the table. Design, development, and SEO are all handled through one point of contact.

04

Built for HubSpot

Everything stays within your existing HubSpot CMS. No platform migration, no content overhaul, no disruption to the current setup. Just a significantly better site built on the foundation already in place.

05

No Figma, No Mockups

Presenting static mockups and waiting on approval before building is an outdated process that adds weeks of back-and-forth. We go straight to live prototypes: real, clickable pages built in the browser. What you see is what you get, and feedback happens on something that already works.

Live Prototypes

See It Before
You Sign Anything

Unlike a traditional design process, there's no need to imagine what the new site will look like. Two working homepage prototypes are ready to explore right now.

Concept A and Concept B: Live Previews

Both concepts are fully clickable and built on your brand. Review them, share them with your team, and come to the table with a direction already in mind. No Figma files, no design jargon. Just real pages.

AI Legal Resource Assistant
Optional Add-On
This is the feature that transforms sdflaw.com from a traditional law firm website into an active client acquisition tool. Instead of visitors browsing through blog posts hoping to find answers, the AI Legal Resource Assistant lets them ask questions in plain language and instantly surfaces the most relevant content from your entire blog library. It understands legal context, guides users to the right resources, and naturally directs them toward scheduling a consultation, turning passive readers into active leads. No other firm in your market is offering this. The current working prototype is already live and pulling from 50 blog posts. As more content is added, the assistant becomes more intuitive and more valuable over time. It is designed to grow with the firm. Try the live prototype → Optional
SEO Strategy

A Future-Proof SEO Foundation,
Not a Quick Fix

Some vendors will sell you a list of fixes. Others will pitch you on the latest buzzword. DL Multimedia focuses on what actually moves the needle today and positions sdflaw.com to remain competitive as search continues to evolve.

Known Issues Being Fixed

Based on existing analysis of sdflaw.com, the site has confirmed technical issues actively holding back search performance: crawl errors, pages not being indexed, missing or duplicated metadata, broken 301 redirects, unoptimized image alt text, slow mobile load times, and template-level issues affecting every page simultaneously.

Template-Level Fixes = Site-Wide Impact

Many identified issues exist at the template level, meaning fixing them once fixes them everywhere. This is significantly more efficient than page-by-page cleanup, and it means the new build starts clean rather than carrying old problems into a new design.

AEO: Answer Engine Optimization

Vendors may pitch AEO as something new to add on. Answer Engine Optimization prepares your content for AI-powered search tools like Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, and Perplexity. It focuses on structured content, proper schema markup, and authoritative content formatting. This is built into the redesign, not sold separately.

Schema Markup and Structured Data

Schema markup tells search engines exactly what your pages are about. For a law firm, this includes attorney profiles with Person schema, practice area pages with LegalService schema, and local business data for proper map and knowledge panel visibility. Included here, not standard elsewhere.

Core Web Vitals and Performance

Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking factor, measuring how fast content loads, how quickly the page responds, and how stable the layout is while loading. The new templates are built with performance in mind from the start, not optimized as an afterthought.

Internal Linking and Site Architecture

A well-structured site helps both users and search engines understand how your content is organized. The redesign includes intentional internal linking between practice areas, attorney profiles, and relevant content, distributing authority across the site and helping the right pages rank for the right searches.

A note on what other vendors may propose

Terms like AEO, E-E-A-T optimization, generative search readiness, and AI SEO are real concepts with real value. However, they are not separate services that need to be bolted on. When the site is built correctly from the ground up with proper structure, schema, performance, and content organization, these practices are naturally accounted for. Be cautious of proposals that charge separately for what should be standard in any quality build. With DL Multimedia, SEO is not an add-on — it is part of how the site gets built.
